Breathwork
“I took a deep breath and listened to the old brag of my heart. I am, I am, I am.”
Breathwork is a practice as old as meditation and as diverse as the separate cultures it comes from. Through time we learned the power of intentional breathing the ability to shift our physical, emotional, and spiritual state using our breath. Our breath is a powerful bridge between our body, mind, and spirit which helps us clear, restore, and reconnect within. At Compass of Compassion, I offer two breathwork options to support your unique situation.
Pranayama – is a slower, grounding breath rooted in Vedic yoga teachings to calm the nervous system and restore the body.
Revelation Breathwork – is a fast, active breathing technique to release emotional blockages, provide mental clarity and shift energetic imbalances.
